This study examines the applicability of previous models in a dyadic context based on differing exposure to extreme experiences related to armed conflict (victims versus ex-combatants). Utilizing 199 behavioral and 76 neurophysiological measures, we analyze potential observable neurophysiological differences in bias processing between these social segments. We assess normative expectations regarding response elicitation and neurophysiological effects of divergent war experiences. Our findings reveal the elicitation of a language-related N400-compatible component in the processing of bias-related stimuli, as well as an emotion-related late positive potential, with latencies that significantly vary between victims and ex-combatants."],"keywords":["Medicine, Health and Life Sciences","Social Sciences","armed conflict","colombia","bias","iat","eeg","cognition","prejudice","stereotyping","N400"],"license":{"@type":"Dataset","text":"CC0","url":"https://creativecommons.org/publicdomain/zero/1.0/"},"includedInDataCatalog":{"@type":"DataCatalog","name":"Universidad del Rosario","url":"http://research-data.urosario.edu.co"},"publisher":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Universidad del Rosario"},"provider":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Universidad del Rosario"},"distribution":[{"@type":"DataDownload","name":"2023 11 30 dataset 76.dta","fileFormat":"application/x-stata","contentSize":17363,"@id":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/NAJH3M","identifier":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/NAJH3M","contentUrl":"http://research-data.urosario.edu.co/api/access/datafile/1929"},{"@type":"DataDownload","name":"Auxiliary supplementary material - Cluster selection script.ipynb","fileFormat":"application/x-ipynb+json","contentSize":426121,"@id":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/SIHJ7B","identifier":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/SIHJ7B","contentUrl":"http://research-data.urosario.edu.co/api/access/datafile/1931"},{"@type":"DataDownload","name":"Materials.docx","fileFormat":"application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document","contentSize":19019,"@id":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/SNDY37","identifier":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/SNDY37","contentUrl":"http://research-data.urosario.edu.co/api/access/datafile/1933"},{"@type":"DataDownload","name":"PGD ERP IAT.pdf","fileFormat":"application/pdf","contentSize":228898,"@id":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/VVPKIX","identifier":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/VVPKIX","contentUrl":"http://research-data.urosario.edu.co/api/access/datafile/1930"},{"@type":"DataDownload","name":"Supplementary analysis.docx","fileFormat":"application/vnd.openxmlformats-officedocument.wordprocessingml.document","contentSize":13277,"@id":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/JEGTCM","identifier":"https://doi.org/10.34848/LT2ZRR/JEGTCM","contentUrl":"http://research-data.urosario.edu.co/api/access/datafile/1932"}]}
