Supplementary Appendix Network Topology in Decentralized Finance.pdf

Text:

In this supplementary appendix to "Network Topology in Decentralized Finance," we present a detailed methodology for constructing the DeFi network. First, we describe the process of using Ethereum transaction data to build the flows and balances that form the edges and weighted nodes within the network. Second, we outline the various sources employed to identify the protocols. Finally, as a robustness check, we provide network statistics for the entire network, which includes both the identified protocols and all externally owned accounts (EOAs).
